Lately, there seems to be a lot new kids around the block and one of them seems to make a name for itself very quickly and I know exactly why they have gained so much popularity since opening! Three Williams is located in Redfern, it is around a 15-20 minute walk from Central Station. Three Williams has a large space which fits a lot of seating, this is especially convenient for busy days like weekends. My friend and I arrived around 11am and we were definitely ready to fill our stomachs with delicious food!
I have seen countless images of dishes from Three Williams on Instagram and I was itching to try out this place. The menu is quite extensive and is capable to cater for people of different tastes. The one dish that I've seen pictures of everywhere is the famous brioche french toast- I knew before walking in that I was going to taste this! There is a mix of breakfast and lunch dishes, since it was early and my friend and I both did not eat breakfast we opted to eat something lighter. I was pretty keen to try one of the 'narnies' but my friend felt that was a bit heavy, so we ended up ordering the 'Bull Horn' (Poached eggs, marinated bull horn peppers, serrano ham, feta, dukkah, on toast) and the Crunchy brioche french toast (French toast with blueberries, yoghurt, roasted pecans and maple syrup).

So the usual protocol when I'm with my friend is that we order two dishes, split it and share, this is great because we both get to try two different dishes and not overeat (that's what we like to think :P). My friend chose this dish, I actually had no idea what it was but I'm glad she ordered it! The poached eggs were cooked to perfection, it was nice and runny and oozed onto the toast once cut open. Each element on the dish worked well together and the individual elements gave the dish the flavours needed. It is a very light and filling dish, so if you want something lighter to start your day I would recommend trying this out!

It has already been a day since eating this brioche french toast and I'm still thinking of it! I absolutely loved it, it has got to be the BEST (yes the BEST) brioche french toast I have EVER eaten!! The crunchy layer on the outside had a nice bit to it before you get to the fluffy, soft layer inside. The syrup was not too sweet, I'm glad they didn't drench the french toast in it (like some previous french toast I have eaten). The berries gave the dish a nice acidic and tangy flavouring. I highly recommend this dish!! :D
Overall, I had a great dining experience at Three Williams- the service, decor, prices and most importantly the FOOD was absolutely perfect. I usually don't have a 100% positivity at the places I eat at but everything about Three Williams was worth it and I will definitely be back to try their other dishes! :)
